BSW Music Network was established in 2004 by Dazzy (Daryl Clark). The company was established after a series of events that took place. After the closure of the Loserkids.com chatroom back in 2004, Dazzy went on to recreate and keep alive a music orientated community of people which was then discovered by Sam Yago of Resting Bird Entertainment (a division of Loserkids.com and Atticus Clothing) Impressed by what he saw Dazzy was then drafted to help create a new community for Dragging the Lake Video Magazine. The video magazine explored new upcoming bands in America but was soon expanded to the UK in which Dazzy was selected to become a talent scout for the magazine. Unfortunately though the magazine only ever released two issues before it was shut down. In this time Dazzy had explored many UK gigs and decided to set up camp promoting local talent in the Bristol area.

BSW Music Network has had the oppurtunity to work with bands such as Enter Shikari, MC Lars (US), Lorene Drive (US), Chasing Victory (US), Chairmen of the Bored, Keiko, The Attika State, IAMTHEDOOR, If Not Today, Falling on a Leap Year, Ella, Mea Culpa thats just a few of the many bands…

In 2006 BSW Music Network put on a final show on May 28 which sold out involving many of the bands its been involved with, this was the farewell show for Falling on a Leap Year but also BSW’s last before it went into hiatus.

2011 see’s a fresh start for BSW Music Network after the successful launch of BSW TV in January its seen over 300,000+ views (March 2011). The initial idea of BSW TV is to promote unsigned bands music videos that don’t make it onto mainstream music channels, but helps give the bands a big push to help them get the extra mile! Many more exciting things are planned for 2011 involving a few TV shows, gigs, tours and much much more! It’s exciting times we hope you stick with us while we ride the waves!
